Deirdre Morhet

Deirdre Morhet, MBA, is the founder and principal of BASC Expertise, a business consulting and tax services company established in Phoenix, Arizona in 2004. They specialize in working with business owners with traditional needs such as bookkeeping, payroll, and tax services as well as consult with small businesses regarding increasing revenue streams, cash flow analysis and tax planning. Morhet also focuses on consumer tax issues such as short sales and foreclosures, and debt forgiveness. A former NASA engineer, Deirdre is married to Jeff and they have three children. She is passionate about her family and in her spare times loves to spend as much time with them as possible.

Sarah Benard

Sarah is our office manager extraordinaire. She comes to us with 9 years of progressive office management experience in small business. She helps to keep our processes and office running smoothly. When Sarah is not at work she is the busy mother of 4 year old twin boys! Sarah lives in Santan Valley and when she?s not working or juggling her twins, she likes to read, go camping, and spend time with friends and family.

Jennifer Butera

Jennifer recently realized her lifelong goal by moving to Arizona from New York and she says she couldn?t be happier. She?s been a full charge bookkeeper for over 8 years, with extensive experience in the construction industry. She lives in Gilbert and when she?s not working at BASC, she?s enjoying the heat of the Arizona sun working on her tan and skydiving!

Christopher Ritchey

Chris is a recent cum laude graduate of the University of Arizona, Eller College of Management and is studying for his CPA Exam. He specializes in small business tax accounting. When not working at BASC, Chris likes to golf. He lives in Tucson with his wonderful wife Melissa, and new baby Izaiah

Debbie Vance

Debbie and her husband have been successful business owners and managers for over 30 years. They recently sold their business so that they could ?slow down? a little bit! An Arizona native, Debbie loves to travel and cook. She also loves being the ?mom? to her two dogs and 1 bird. Debbie says, ?I love my new job with Basc, love the closeness with fellow workers that we don?t have anymore in corporate America, need to get back to small business and bring America back to where it used to be.?

Wendy Kenney

Wendy Kenney is the Director of Marketing for BASC Expertise. She has over 18 years of marketing and sales experience, working for companies like MetLife, Culver?s Restaurants, and Valley Sleep Center.

She is a best-selling author of the book ?How to Build Buzz for Your Business? available on Amazon.com.

Wendy is married to Mike and has three sons. Her goals is to visit all of the major league ballparks before she turns 49. So far she has been to 13.

Kyle Morgan

Kyle Morgan is the Director of Business Development for BASC Expertise. A successful business owner, he has owned and operated a local corporation, The Angle Group, for over 12 years. He drives initiatives in the management team and contributes to long term operational strategy.

Kyle is married to Charlotte and he has 5 children. In his spare time he likes to work, volunteer in the community as an employment liaison, and spend time with his family.
